L. Marie (Wise) Andonian, 73, of McComb, Ohio passed away Thursday November 9, 2017 surrounded by her loving family in the comfort of her own home.
Marie was born on December 15, 1943 in Toledo, Ohio. Her parents were the late Pat and Mildred (Farquharson) Wise. She married L. Don Andonian on January 9, 1965 at McComb Church of Christ and he survives.
Also surviving are her three children: Beth (Craig) Fenstermaker of McComb, Bruce (Paula) Andonian of Olathe, Kansas and Katie (Bill) Grubb of McComb; grandchildren: Alexandra, Jesse and Mason Andonian, Leia and Wilson Grubb, Dylan and Logan Meares and step-grandchildren Somer and Faith Fenstermaker. She was preceded in death by her siblings: Charles, Joann, Rosemary, Margie and Patty.
Marie was a 1961 graduate of McComb High School and then went to Maumee Valley of Nursing in Toledo, OH where she graduated as a Registered Nurse in 1964. Her whole life has been devoted to nursing. She enjoyed mainly being a Hospice nurse for Bridge Hospice in her years as a nurse. Marie was a faithful member of the McComb Church of Christ. She enjoyed gardening, reading, traveling with family and attending all of her grandchildren's activities. Family was the most important thing in Marie's life. Even though Marie has passed on, her contagious laugh, smile and beautiful heart and soul will live on in everyone that knew her.
Visitation for Marie will be on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 from 4:00-8:00 PM in the McComb Church of Christ, 400 Ackerly St., McComb, Ohio 45858. Marie’s Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday November 15, 2017 at 11:00 AM in the church.
