Laura E. Lamphiear, 81, of Hastings died Tuesday, March 13, 2007, at Mary Lanning Hospital in Hastings. Services will be at 10:30 a. m. Friday at First Christian Church, with the Rev. Judith Allen officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery at Hastings. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday at Brand-Wilson Funeral Home in Hastings, with family present fron 6 to 8, and one hour prior to services Friday at the Church. Mrs. Lamphiear was born Jan. 20, 1926, at Des Moines, Iowa to Perry and Eva (LaFee) Allsup. Survivors of the immediate family include her husband Glen, three daughters and two sons-in-law, Dianne Hopkins and Karen and Roger Hohlen, all of Hastings and Denise and Rich Newton of North Platte, a son and daughter-in-law, Greg and Becky Lamphiear of Boelus, and a brother Bob Allsup of Sterling, CO.
