Born on the 10 of September 1988 in Woodbridge Virginia, Aimee was big sister to her six younger siblings, four sisters (Michele, Ashlyn, Faith, and Samantha) and two brothers (Darren and Alec).
On December 22, 2007 Aimee married the love of her life, Michael Spencer Shemwell, in a ceremony surrounded by friends and family.
Together they had four children, Brayden Michael Shemwell in June 2008, Harper Lynn Shemwell in April 2012, Avery James Shemwell in April 2014, and Bexley William Shemwell in April 2016.
She is survived by countless family, including her husband, her children, her many siblings, parents Rachel and James Butyter and Darryl and Jenny Wohlfahrt, as well as countless others who mourn the tragic loss of not only her life, but the spirit and vivacity with which she lived it, and which, in turn, she spilled into theirs.
There will be a viewing at Maddox Funeral Home in Front Royal on Friday, November 17, 5-7 p.m.
Funeral services will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, at 7145 Browntown Road in Front Royal on Saturday, November 18 at 3 p.m.
