Services for Jack Wilson Kyle, 78 of Gause will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at the First United Methodist Church in Gause with Rev. Kenneth Byrd officiating. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Cook Walden Capital Parks Cemetery in Pflugerville. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. to 8::00 p.m. at the funeral Home.
Mr. Kyle was born May 2, 1939 in Cameron, Texas to William Hurst Kyle and Ariel Wilson Shaw Kyle, He was a lifelong resident of Gause. Mr. Kyle retired after 30 years as a power plant supervisor with the City of Austin. He married Gloria Mae Jordan on January 22, 1960 in Gause. They loved to travel especially taking cruises.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Theresa Denise Kyle; his parents; his brothers, Oliver Kyle and John Kyle; and an aunt and uncle, Edrie and Bob Browder.
Mr. Kyle is survived by his wife; 2 sons, 1 brother, 2 grandchildren,and 2 great grandchildren.
