GAITHER, CHARLES A. "COUSIN PIGEON", 76, of Louisville died Sunday.
He was an Army veteran of the Korean conflict, a retired employee of L&N Railroad and a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church.
He was survived by his three sons, two daughters, four brothers, a sister, 15 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at his church, 2600 Virginia Ave., with burial in Green Meadows Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. Wednesday at the church. G.C. Williams Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
