Sainte Herese Elene Glaudin, 65, of 173 Lexington Ave. died Saturday at Brookdale Hospital, Brooklyn, N.Y., while visiting her brother. She was the widow of Albert Mardy.
Born in Grandbois, Haiti, a daughter of the late Francois and Alice (Calixe) Glaudin, she lived in Haiti for many years before moving to Providence six months ago.
While in Haiti she was an attendant at the General Hospital for 25 years before retiring four years ago.
She is survived by four sons, two daughters, three brothers, two sisters, 19 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
