The death of Mrs. Agie Costin, 72 years old, who died yesterday morning at her home, 1022 North Fourth Street, grieved many friends.
Funeral services were conducted from the late residence last evening at 9 o'clock by the Rev. J. A. Sullivan, pastor Calvary Baptist church. The remains will be taken to Long Bluff, Pender county, this morning, for intermentthis afternoon in the family burial grounds.
The deceased had been in good health up until ten days ago, when she was stricken with an illness that proved fatal. She is survived by three children, Mrs. Lena Ahrens, Mrs. Clara Sherman and Clyde Costin, of Wilmington, and one sister, Mrs. Josph Blake, of Hallsboro.
Mrs. Costin was a consistent member of Calvary Baptist church.
