Ruth W. Sensenig, 90, of Stevens, formerly of Ephrata, passed away on Saturday, November 25, 2017, at Gardens at Stevens Nursing Home.

She was born in Brecknock to the late Paul and Barbara (Wenger) Weinhold and was the wife of the late Harold E. Sensenig who passed away in 2004.

Ruth was a member of the Bible Fellowship Chuch, Ephrata. During her working years, she was a seamstress and also had a craft stand at Green Dragon. She was a member of the Red Hat Society, enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family.

She is survived by a son, Walter Sensenig of Pottersdale; a granddaughter, Kimberly, wife of Kenneth Sowers; a step grandson, Adam Trier; a great-granddaughter, Hailey Sowers; two brothers, Melvin and James Weinhold.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death a son, Bruce A. Sensenig, two daughters-in-law, Linda L. (Miller) Sensenig, Fawn (Trier) Sensenig; seven siblings, Paul, Webster, Myrtle, Margaret, Ethel, Goldie and Mike.

A viewing will be held on Wednesday, November 29, 2017, from 9 to 10 am, at the Roseboro Stradling Funeral Home, 533 Walnut Street, Denver, followed by her funeral service at 10 am. Interment will take place in the Memory Gardens Memorial Cemetery.
