Wesley Allen Adcox Sr., 72, of Lumberton, died on Sunday, Nov. 26, 2017, at Southeastern Hospice House in Lumberton. He was born in Robeson County, N.C. on Aug. 30, 1945, to the late Ralza C. and Sarah Allen Adcox. He previous worked as a salesman for Pepsi Cola. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Betty Meares Adcox; and brothers, Ralph Adcox and Glenn Adcox. Mr. Adcox is survived by his son, Wesley Allen Adcox Jr. of Lumberton; daughter, Beverly Adcox Sealy (Louis) of Lumberton; brother, Keith Adcox of Lumberton; sister, Laura Adcox Ivey of Lumberton; grandchildren, Craig Sealy and Blaine Sealy (fiance' Morgan Oxendine); great-grandchildren, Lizzie Sealy, Bryleigh Sealy, and Kamden Locklear; special friend, Annie Ruth Stephens of Lumberton; and a host of family and friends. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, Nov. 30, 2017, at 11 a.m. at New Hollywood Cemetery
