Linda L. Rinker Arcesi
Linda L. Pinker Arcesi, 70, of Sayre, Pa., passed away early Sunday morning, Nov. 26, 2017 at the Darway Health Care Center in Elkland Township, Pa.
Linda was born in Sayre on Oct. 29, 1947, the daughter of Marvin Elwood Rinker and Esther Hottenstein Rinker. She was a graduate of Wyalusing High School class of 1965 and continued her education at Mansfield Universituy. In early years, Linda was employed as a newspaper advertising representative with The Daily Review in Towanda and the Elmira Star-Gazette, and was later employed by Guthrie Family Practice in Sayre. In addition, she served as a real estate agent for Coldwell Banker in Towanda for several years. Linda was a member of the Waverly United Methodist Church and its choir, and was also a member of the Valley Chorus. She enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, flowers and spending time with her pets.
Her family includes her son and daughter-in-law, Cori and Rachael Lasco and grandsons, Tristan and Connor Lasco of South Waverly, brother and sister-in-law William Rinker Sr. and Connie Rinker of Milford, Del., nephew William Rinker Jr. and wife Amber of East Earl, Pa., and niece Courtner Rinker Manwiller and husband, Kevin of Brookeville, Md.
The funeral service will be held on Saturday, Dec. 2, 2017 at 1 p.m. at the Alteri-Bowen Funeral Home, 314 Desmond St., Sayre, Pa., with Pastor Cindy Schulte, of the Waverly United Methodist Church, officiating.
The family will receive friends on Saturday from noon to 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Bradford County Memorial Park, Burlington Township, Pa.
