Harry Holsinger, age 83, of Sikeston, Missouri, formerly of Front Royal, Virginia, died November 25, 2017, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.

He was born July 22, 1934, in Timberville, Virginia, to the late Frances Catherine Strickler Holsinger and Lawrence Louis "Shorty" Holsinger. He was a member of the Murray Lane Baptist Church.

Harry was office manager at Estes Motor Company before becoming office manager at Homestead for many years. He was past Exalted Ruler of Sikeston Elks Lodge, where he served as secretary treasurer for many years and a past District Deputy for the Missouri State Elks Lodge.

Harry was a 1952 graduate of Warren County High School in Front Royal, Virginia.

On July 8, 1954 he married Miss Virginia Lee Lockridge who survives of the home.

He is also survived by two daughters and one son-in-law, Karen Syre and Kathy (Doyne) Elliott both of Sikeston; one son and daughter-in-law, Keith (Deena) Holsinger of Olympia, Washington; one sister, Betty Gay (Tom) Bernardo of Virginia; three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Carl (Kaye) Holsinger, Lowell (Leota) Holsinger and Ray Smoot all of Virginia; twelve grandchildren; thirty-two great grandchildren; and a very close friend, Mike Myers.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Alice Elaine Buchanon; his daughter-in-law, Marilyn Holsinger; his son-in-law, David Syre; and three great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Thursday, Nov. 30, from 5:00 P.M. until the Elk's service at 6:00 P.M. followed by funeral services at 7:00 p.m. at the Ponder Funeral Home. The Rev. John Neely, pastor of Tanner Street Church of God, will be officiating.
