Mary Alice Fricke, age 65, a resident of Manitowoc, passed away on December 7, 2017 at Aurora Medical Center in Two Rivers.

Mary was born on September 19, 1952 in Milwaukee to the late Floyd and Marilyn Bydalek. She graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1970. In May of 1981, Mary married Michael R. Fricke in Manitowoc. He preceded her in death on April 6, 2014. Mary had been employed at The Tinsel Factory, Manitowoc Ice, and Mirro Corporation, but her favorite job was working at Denali Wilderness Lodge in Alaska. Mary took great pride in raising Discus fish. She enjoyed camping, bonfires, going to the beach, drawing, and spending time with family.

Survivors include Mary's two daughters, Rachel (Keith) Graff and Renee Kubsch; one grandson, Connor Kubsch; two brothers, Jim (Barb) Bydalek and Chris (Carmen) Bydalek; sister, Nancy (Robert) Kohn; also other relatives and friends.

A Life Celebration Social will be held on Monday, December 11, 2017 from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the Harrigan Parkside Gathering Center, 620 North Water Street, Manitowoc, located on the south property of the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home. Cremation has taken place at the Harrigan Parkside Crematory and Chapel.
