Vincent was the son of Henry Brumleve and Rosalia Seibert. On 28 Oct 1928 he married Bertha Ambrose Meyer; they did not have any children. They divorced prior to 1936 and at a later date he married his second wife, Mildred Wallace. Vincent was a retired meatcutter for Roppel's Market. Vincent died at the Filson Care Home at the age of 80.
