Dorothy M. Bonasto 91, of Whitehall, formerly of Allentown, passed away on Thursday December 14, 2017. Dorothy was the wife of the late John F. Bonasto. Born in Allentown she was a daughter of the late Patrick and Elsie (Wood) O'Brien.

Dorothy was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Allentown. Dorothy worked as a secretary for the Boise Cascade Company of Allentown, and previously for Mack Trucks Inc. in Allentown.

Dorothy is survived by her children: Anthony and wife Cheri of Hayesville, NC, and Katherine wife of Ronald Nowlin of Slatington. Dorothy's grand children are: Mindi, and Kara, and her great grand children are: Maci, Madison, and Jionny. Dorothy was preceded in death by her siblings: Bernard, Robert, and Mary Catherine.

Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday December 21, 2017 in St. Francis of Assisi Church. Calling will be on Thursday from 8:30-9:45 am in the church vestibule.
