Known as a child as "Karl", he later chose to reinvent himself and was known to his most recent family and friends as "Robert".

He was a master of his profession, the best of the best, and he took great pride in his work. He installed, built and maintained hundreds of gas stations and petroleum storage units around the DFW metroplex and across the country, including Hawaii. He loved to share his work product with friends and family, and would point out his handiwork whenever he had a chance.

He was also a master home landscaper, and truly enjoyed shaping and caring for his outdoor environment.

He loved to travel, he never lost his sense of wonder for God's natural beauty.

He loved his Harley, music in all forms- "I never heard a bad song", he always said, a great glass of bourbon on the porch, the Pittsburgh Steelers, and professional baseball -"you can't hit my fastball" was a staple phrase of his.

He was known by all as an incredibly generous and caring man, a remarkable character who had a special way with words, and he will be sorely missed.

He was preceded in death by his beloved grandmother, Forene Lawson Wolf, his "angel on earth", and his baby Flora Jane. They will all be joined together again on earth, as they are in heaven.

He is survived by his wife Sara, his son Brett, and a network of family and friends too numerous to list.
