Jean Carr, 76 of Monticello, MS, died Sunday,June 30, 2013 at Lawrence County Nursing Center in Monticello, MS. Funeral services will be held at 11am, on Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at Wilson Funeral Home in Monticello, MS. Burial will be in Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Carr enjoyed writing songs, playing the keyboard, and singing. She also enjoyed the outdoors and working in the yard. She loved her family and enjoyed being around the grandkids trying to teach them the love of God and music.
