James E. Malone, Jr., 76, a resident of Gulfcrest, Alabama passed away at his home on Tuesday, December 19, 2017. He retired from Courtaulds after 38 years of service. He was a member of Gulfcrest Baptist Church, enjoyed woodworking and spending time with his family, especially his grand-children. He was preceded in death by his parents, James E. Malone, Sr. and Jessie Williams Malone; sister Betty Jane Malone; brothers, Robert Harold Malone, and Wayne M. Malone.Those left to cherish his memory is his wife of 54 years, Hazel Annette Malone; children, Sonya Ganus (Bobby), Brian Malone (Susan), and Kristina Evans (Richard); grandchildren, Alicia, Brittany, Ethan, Michele, Brandon, Austin, and Alana; great grandchildren, Addison, Aubriele, Luke, Ashlyn and Chip; sister, Joyce Russell; brothers, Michael Malone and Kenneth Malone, Sr.; other relatives and friends. The graveside service will be 10am Thursday, December 21, 2017 at Gulfcrest Cemetery with Rev. John Brown officiating.
