Joan Alfreda Lovelace was born on August 28, 1949, to the late Lilly Catherine Lovelace and Timothy Edward Lovelace in Roanoke, VA and departed this life on December 18, 2017. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Eleanor Maria Lovelace; grandparents, Charlie and Rosa White and Herbert and Nola Lovelace.
Survivors are her sons, Reginald Tyrone (Tonya) Dungee, William Adrian Dungee and friend Kim Robinson; 10 grandchildren; sister, Lorraine Anderson; brothers, Herbert Tim (Rebecca) Lovelace and Roland (Robbin) Lovelace; a host of great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, December 23, 2017, at Hill Street Baptist Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
