Genevieve was born to Margaret and Dennis Lundy in Syracuse, NY March 4, 1898. She married Edward Francis Callahan and had three children, Edward William Callahan born, 1924, Mary Callahan born 1927 and Ann Callahan born 1931.
She was loved by family and friends and one of the best bakers on Tipperary Hill. Her pies and cakes would sell out at every school bake sale. She was deeply religious and never far from her rosary beads. Along with her husband and children, she was survived by her brothers, Thomas, Edward and James and her sisters, Annabelle, Margaret, Catherine and Ida Mae.
