Monica Jo Ridenhower 50, Brownsburg, died Saturday March 24, 2007 at her residence. She was born July 12, 1956, the daughter of Thomas Clay and Jackie (Martin) Burch.

She graduated from Southside High School in Muncie.

On December 24, 1999 she married Mark Ridenhower in McMinnville, TN. He survives.

She worked as a dietician and food service director in Indianapolis, IN.

She enjoyed camping, reading and collectables.

Surviving relatives include her husband, Mark Ridenhower of Brownsburg, IN; her mother, Jackie Barber of Danville, IN; one grandmother, Edith Martin of Parker City; two sons, Clay Botts (fiancé: Frankie) of Grand Rapids, MI and Joshua Botts of Indianapolis, IN; one daughter, Dawn Cadle of Brownsburg, IN; and one step-daughter, Nicole M. Ridenhower; one sister, Janice Berdel of Greenwood, IN; one brother, Tom Burch of Roanoke Rapids, NC; two sisters-in-law, Georgia Smith (husband: Terry) and Lisa Buyers (husband: John) both of Sterling, IL; six grandchildren, four nephews, two nieces and several great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father and one brother, Brett Diefenbaugh and a granddaughter, Samantha Jo Botts.

Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 28, 2007 at Garden View Funeral Home, 10501 North State Road 3, Muncie, IN. Pastor Coleman Barlow will officiate the service. Burial will follow at the Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Muncie. Visitation will be Wednesday from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Association.
