Edward M Sommerville
Funeral services for Edward Michael Sommerville, 74, of 9338 39th Ave. S., will be at 1 o’clock tomorrow at the Columbia Funeral Home, with burial in Washelli. He died Friday at his home of a heart attack.
Born in Lamars, Iowa, Mr. Sommerville came here in 1959 from Republic, Ferry County, where he resided 50 years. He retired as a commercial painter, but for 30 years was custodian of the Republic School. He was a life member of Republic Post No. 80, American Legion.
Surviving are his wife, Anna E.; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Helen L. Valley and Mrs. Margaret F. Barnes, both of Seattle; four stepsons, Albert E., and Robert F. Reid, both of Port Orchard, Francis E. Reid, Spokane, and James E. Reid, Kellogg, Idaho, and a sister, Mrs. Irene Clarke, Santa Clara, Calif.

He married Anna Ernestine Reid (married name) on December 22, 1948 in Kitsap County, Washington.

Parents are James Sommerville and Mary D Unknown.
