He was born August 19, 1942 in Woodland the son of the late Eugene H. Milligan, Sr. and Reba (Ashton) Milligan.
Mr. Milligan was employed as a truck driver for Mainliner, Omaha, NE for two years. Prior to that he was employed by the former Clearfield Cheese Company as a truck driver for nearly 18 years. Mr. Milligan was protestant by faith.
Surviving is his wife the former Patricia A. Snedden; a son Scott Allen Milligan of Curwensville; three step sons, Richard A. Snedden and his wife Carol of Brookville, Gary Michael Jozefik and his wife Tammy of Woodland, and Steve Edward Jozefik and his wife Celeste of Elizabethtown. Mr. Milligan also reared two step-grandchildren, Tanya Hipps of Grove City and Niccole Kirk of Shawville.
Also surviving are 4 grandchildren, 11 step-grandchildren, 10 step-great-granchildren; five sisters, Myrna English of West Decatur, Barbara Wills and her husband Russell of Woodland, Rose Mary Hull and her husband Charles of Farbers, Missouri, Shiela George and her husband Vince of Chambersburg, Susan Sloppy of Woodland and many nieces and nephews.
Mr. Milligan was preceded in death by his parents, two sons, Thomas Eugene Milligan and Kevin Milligan; sisters, Patricia Salvaston and Cleo Butler and a brother Edgar Milligan.
