She is survived by her husband, Richard Bielby; a daughter, Miss Dawn Bielby of Oneida; six sons, Richard J., Jr. of Syracuse, Claude I. of Verona Beach, Irving W. of Durhamville, Charles L. of Canastota, Kenneth A. of Rome and Gary D. Bielby; a brother, Claude R. Watson, Jr. of Syracuse, 17 grandchildren, one great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
