A retired glassworker, he is survived by his wife, Connie; daughters, Mrs. Thomas Keenan, Lancaster, Mrs. Paul Stimple, Obetz, Ohio, Mrs. Walter Sawyer, Lockbourne, and Miss Margarie and Miss Juanita, both of the home; sons, Frank Hinton, Lamont, Wyn., Charles Hinton of Lancaster and William Hinton of the home; 17 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; brother, Harley, Clarksburg, Ohio; sister, Mrs. Leslie Weller. Clarksburg, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by first wife, Mabel, and daughters, Patricia, and Margarie. His son John A. Hinton.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. in Sheridan Funeral Home, with Rev. Vernon Jones of Obetz officiating.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. Wednesday and after 1 p.m. Thurs after 1 p.m. Thursday.
Burial in Brown's Chapel Cemetery, Clarksburg, Ohio.
