Marion Elizabeth Dawson was born in Earlimart, CA, on Sept 28, 1919, and died in Kingsburg, CA, on January 1, 2018, at the age of 98. She was a real estate broker and owned Orosi Realty for 27 years, and had owned the Orosi Cafe (aka The Packing House Restaurant). Marion was also a member of Dinuba 1st Baptist Church and a member of the Pioneer Club and Eastern Star. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vern Dawson.
Marion is survived by her daughter, Jane Ann Methvin and her husband, Delbert, of Orosi; three grandchildren, Roger Methvin and his wife, Susan, of Orosi, David Methvin and his wife, Kyme, of Porterville, and Jessica Vital of Visalia; 10 great grandchldren; 11 great=great grandchildren; and two sisters, Esther Stahl of Visalia, and Marjorie Reese of Modesto.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, Jan 3, 2018, at the Dinuba First Baptist Church.
