Survived by six sons: E. D. of Waynesboro, A.D. and M.?. of New Castle, Del., M.B. of Chattanooga, Tenn., W. C. of Springfield and F.A. Altice of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; two daughters Mrs. Thomas N. Deane of Charlottesville, and Mrs. S. D. Miller of Falls Church.
