Ruby Pauline (Stevens) Qualkenbush, 93 years young, of French Lick, Indiana entered into eternal rest on October 11th, 2017 at the Memorial Hospital and Healthcare Center in Jasper, Indiana.

She was born in Dubois County, Indiana on November 22, 1923 to Perry F. and Bertie (Harris) Stevens.

Ruby married Robert T. Qualkenbush on May 24th, 1941 and he preceded her in death on September 13th, 2004.

She was also preceded in death by her parents, (1) Sister – Mary Helen Oakley; (4) Brothers – Floyd, William, Robert Lee and Kenneth Stevens and (1) Daughter – Sondra Jean Qulakenbush.

Ruby was a lifetime homemaker where she enjoyed spending time with her family, quilting and needlepoint. She was a member of People’s Tabernacle Church in French Lick, Indiana.

Ruby is survived by:

(3) Great-Grandchildren Michael “Robbie” Watson (Christina) Dubois, Indiana
Amanda Qualkenbush and Matthew Qualkenbush Nicholson Valley, Indiana

(3) Great-Great-Grandchildren Ava, Alexis and Jase Watson Dubois, Indiana


FUNERAL CEREMONY
The Funeral Ceremony will be conducted by Pastor Randy Simmons on Saturday, October 14th, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at the Brosmer-Kemple Chapel. Burial will follow at Crystal Cemetery in Crystal, Indiana.

VISITATION
Friends may call on Friday, October 13th, 2017 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the Brosmer-Kemple Chapel and again on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made in memory of Ruby to the Crystal Cemetery Fund.
