He was born April 17, 1925 in Bronson, Texas to Lavone (Lisenby) and William Richard Bragg and was a retired boilermaker. He was also a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II and the Korean War.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Lois Bragg; and a son Bryan Bragg.
Survivors include his children, Richard H. Bragg of Lockart, Veda Mendoza of Bastrop, and Rhonda Lazenby of Caldwell; a sister, Delores Whittaker of Huntsville; 10 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be given to Compassion Hospice.
