HERMAN W HOFFMAN, 66, of Fort Wayne died yesterday in Woodridge Health Care Center.
The Fort Wayne native retired in 1980 as rebuyer-inventory-purchasing employee of KMart after 25 years and was a veteran of the Korean War.
Surviving are a daughter Cindy Bolinger of Fort Wayne; a son Mark of Danbury CT; sisters Helen Waterman of Fort Wayne and Hertha Moran of Garrett; and brother Paul of Greensburg.
Services are 11 am Wednesday in Kaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral Homes Wayne Street Chapel 420 W Wayne St where calling is 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm tomorrow.
