Ruth Anna (Yoder) Steininger Goodrich was the Daughter of Anna and Ralph Emerson Yoder. She was a very loving and caring person. She has one Daughter and one Son. She loved her Children, her Grandchildren, and two of her Great-Grandchildren very much, and took care of her Mother Anna Mae Yoder, who couldn't walk in her later years, and took care of her first Husband Donald (Don) Ira Steininger, who had Diabetes and Parkinsons. She was also married to Neil Goodrich the last 6 yrs. of her life. Ruth was buried next to Don in the Smyrna United Church of Christ Cememtery. She loved to entertain and cook big meals, can peaches and pears, enjoyed gardening, made homemade apple cider, visit with her friends and relatives, and serve coffee, punch, and cookies to the people in the Colton Nursing Home. She also loved her animals. They had turkeys, sheep, horses, cats, and dogs. She enjoyed riding horses with her children. She lived in Montana, Molalla and Yoder, Oregon. Ruth passed away from Multiple Myeloma at the age of 81. She was a very special person in my life and is deeply missed.
