He was born March 7, 1925 in Crawfordsville, Indiana, and resided in Anderson. He is survived by his daughter: Sandra & husband Ron Skillman of Anderson. Son: Michael & wife Laura Clore of Fishers. Four Grandchildren: Kelly & husband Brian Rayl, Kreig Skillman, Kylie Clore and Lindsay Clore. Two Great Granddaughters: Alixandra Skillman and Logan Lynn Skillman Young. He was preceded in death by his wife of 52 years: Susie (Adams) Clore who passed away October 11, 1999. Parents: Benjamin & Pearl Clore.

He served his country in the US Army during WWII.
