Preceding in death were his parents, wife Louanne Marie {Van Gieson} Mullins, daughter Joan Mullins, grandsons Kelly and Levi Sparks, siblings Nellie Licayan, Carl "Sonny Boy" Mullins, Jr. and Oliver Edmond Mullins, and nephew Shaun Edmond Mullins. A sister, Daisy Dungan, is missing.
Funeral services were held Thursday, January 18, 2018 at Johnson Funeral Chapel in Sperry, OK. Brother Sam Dunn officiated and, according to obituary, burial was in Rest Haven Cemetery in Sperry, OK.
