Betty Jo (Salyer) Cole passed away quietly Monday, Jan. 15, at the home of Carl and Shirley Woodruff. Betty was 91 years and four months of age. She was under the care of Dixie Hospice at the time of her death.
Betty was born on Sept. 1, 1926 in Fowler, KS to Raymond Oscar Salyer and Nova Pauline (Cox) Salyer. She was the widow of Vern Leroy Cole, Sr. of Idaho Falls, ID. To this union were born Vern Leroy Cole, Jr. of Antioch, Richard Raymond Cole, deceased as an infant, and Shirley (Cole) Woodruff of St. George, UT. Betty is survived by her son and daughter; six grandsons, and 19 great grandchildren.
Her cremation was completed by McMillan Mortuary of St. George, UT. Ashes were scattered 4 Aug 2018.
