Ada Mai Wilkerson Gardner, 83, of Springfield, died Sunday January 21, 2018 at NHC Healthcare in Springfield.
Funeral services will be conducted in the Oakhurst Chapel of the Robertson County Funeral Home with Tim Harris officiating.
Interment will follow in the Mt. Sharon Cemetery with Clay Dietz, Foster Porter, Bennet Porter, Jason Butterworth, Larry Dietz, and Jim Butler serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Kyle Dietz, Cade and Trey Butler.

Mrs. Gardner was born November 7, 1934 in Robertson County to the late Albert and Edna Mai Lawrence Wilkerson. She was a homemaker and of the United Methodist faith. Mrs. Gardner enjoyed spending time with her family and shopping. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Robert “Bob” Gardner, and by her sister: Evelyn Mabry.

Mrs. Gardner is survived by her daughters: Theresa Ledbetter of Springfield and Fletta Butterworth of Springfield, sisters: Ann Wooden of Springfield, Judy Wilson of Smithville, grandchildren: Treva Dietz, Brittney Butler, Jennifer Butterworth, Reggie Ledbetter, Jason Butterworth, and Robert Butterworth, eleven great grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren
