Mary E. Patterson, 84, of Winchester and formerly of Latham, died at 10 a.m. yesterday (Nov. 27, 1984) at Passavant Hospital, Jacksonville.
Her funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home, the Rev. Alice Couch officiating. Burial will be in Lake Bank Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Patterson was born Sept. 8, 1900, in Weldon, a daughter of Fred and Julie Ann Sprague Monkman. She married Alberry Patterson March 28, 1922, in Decatur. He survives.
Other survivors include a daughter, Lois Early, Vandalia, Mo.; a sister, Leota Monkman, Shelbyville; five grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
A son preceded her in death.
Mrs. Patterson was a past member of Latham Methodist Church.
