Frank was a World War II veteran who served in the U.S. Army. He became a stockbroker and worked for A.G. Edwards & Sons, in Buffalo. While in Erie, he was a member of St. Andrew Church. He enjoyed bowling and coin collecting.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers Samuel S., Joseph A., and John J. Agnello and sisters Dena Scalzitti, Lillian Berarducci, Mary DiBacco, and Rose DiTullio.
He is survived by daughters Ann Safir and Carol Bernon and son-in-law Alan Bernon, all of Dallas, as well as grandchildren, great-granddaughter, and many nieces and nephews.
Entombment will be in the Holy Family Mausoleum at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
