DEATH CLAIMS LOCAL WOMAN
Mrs. Anna R. Norton Dies This Morning At Home Of Her Son On Montcalm Street -
Mrs. Anna R. Norton, 85, passed away this morning at 3 o'clock at the home of her son, W. C. Norton at 109 W. Montcalm Street, after an illness of ten days of pneumonia.
Mrs. Norton was born at Clayton, Michigan on June 20th, 1853, and had lived at Chesterton, Ind. for 65 years, before coming to Greenville. She was a member of the Methodist church of Chesterton.
Surviving are the husband George W., two sons William C. of this city and Harvey C. of Durand, three grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Funeral services will be held at the Faber Funeral Home Saturday afternoon at 1 o'clock, with Rev. P. J. Schlueter officiating. Burial will take place at Forest Home cemetery.
