Wife of Cajun celebrity chef Paul Prudhomme, who with him founded and ran the famous "K-Paul's Louisiana Kitchen" restaurant in New Orleans. She managed the dining rooms and catering and handled the business operations while he cooked. They were married on 7 Sep 1980.
