Lois married Elbert "Dean" Girt. on 1-10-1953. They had 3 children Deborah Ann (Girt) Johnson b. 1956 (husband Tim), Christopher Dean b. 1959, and James Thomas b. 1963 (wife Teresa Passwater-Girt).
At the time of her death, Lois also left behind 7 wonder grandchildren
Lois past away much to young of Breast Cancer.

My Mother-in-law was a very caring person. She always worried about her kids and grandkids so much.
I would take her for her cancer treatment, and she never felt good after wards, (as you can imagine) but the last treatment she had, was the 1st of a new kind. She felt great, she wanted to go to lunch, so we did, and she wanted to go to Wal-Mart, so we did. She love to shop.
I feel very blessed to have gotten to know her as a person and not just as my husband mother. I miss her everyday.
