John F. Maddox died Sunday March 27, 2005 in Albany, CA at the age of 81.
Mr. Maddox was a native of Oklahoma and resided in Albany for over 50 years. He was a car salesman and business owner of Mira Vista Tire and Brake and was a member of the Lyons Club.
Mr. Maddox is survived by his loving wife, Marilyn, brothers, Ed Maddox of Oklahoma and Paul Maddox, and sisters, Edna Best of Oklahoma, Doris Taylor of Arizona, and Delphia Maddox of Arizona.
A funeral service was held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, March 31, 2005 at Sunset View Mortuary, 101 Colusa Ave., El Cerrito, CA. Viewing was held at the mortuary on Wednesday, March 30, 2005 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM.
