James was a s/o John Westbrook VanAuken (1789-1860) and Rachel Rosenkrans (1791-1854). The surname appears to be VANAUKEN on the tombstone, as it is all capital letters. The inscription which follows is from a photo in my possession. See another entry for James, however age at death is incorrect.
