Celebration of Life will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 11, 2018, at Glencoe-Hokes Bluff Chapel for Jerry Mason Alford, 67, Hokes Bluff, who passed away Thursday, Feb. 8, 2018. Cremation provided by Glencoe-Hokes Bluff Funeral Home and Cemetery.
Jerry was a 1968 graduate of Hokes Bluff High School. He worked for Allis Chalmers for 13 years, then did dry-wall construction for the remainder of his career. He was of the Methodist faith. He was an avid hunter and Alabama fan.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Perry Mason and Elouise Alford.
He is survived by his son, Cody Alford; sister, Linda Griffith; niece, Sonya (Brent) Morgan; nephew, Phillip (Tracy) Griffith; and several great-nieces and -nephews.
