Regina "Gina" Aldana Charest, 62, passed away peacefully on February 5, 2018 surrounded by her family and friends. Gina was born on July 21, 1955 in Manila Philippines. Gina was a very giving person and loved her family and friends very much. During her professional life, Gina has had many careers, including Loan Officer, and Medical Billing and Coding professional. However, serving as a Navy wife for the last 30 years has been her greatest pride. She also enjoyed traveling, shopping, fishing, and spending time with her loved ones.

Gina is predeceased by her son, Raymond Frederick Charest, III; and father, Rizalino DeJesus Aldana, Sr.

She is survived by, her loving husband of 30 years, Raymond Frederick Charest, Jr.; son, Norman Rizalino Kessinger, Sr.; grandson, Norman Rizalino Kessinger, Jr.; sisters, Remedios Aldana, Rosalinda Aldana, Rosana Gabriel, and Rowella Aldana; brothers, Rizalino Aldana, Jr.,Rodolfo Aldana, Rolando Aldana, Renato Aldana, Rodel Aldana, Roel Aldana; mother, Juliana Martinez Aldana; father-in-law, Raymond Charest, Sr.; mother-in-law, Patricia Charest; and numerous brothers and sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews, and godchildren.

Visitation will be held from 5:00pm to 8:00pm on Friday, February 9, 2018 in Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 11:00am to 1:00pm on Saturday, February 10, 2018 in Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held at 1:00pm, followed by interment in Chapel Hills Memory Garden. A Reception will immediately follow the Graveside Service in Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills Funeral Home.
