Raymond worked hard all his life, had to quit school and go to work at 12 years of age, working at Camp Bowie, Served in the Army Air Corps near the end of WWII, SantaFe Railroad, Kelly Air Force base for 30 years in aircraft logistics where he retired in 1986.
He was a kind man who knew the Lord and helped many people through hard times in their lives. A good husband, Father and Grandfather who loved children, trains, planes, boats and anything with a motor on it. He enjoyed fishing, traveling, music and working on electronics in the little spare time he had. He had a penchant for seafood, turkey dressing , jello and oatmeal and never passed up a good meatloaf. He lived life full and active for his entire 90 years. He will be misssed by all that knew him and in will stay in the memory and hearts of his family forever.
