Hazel J. Cook Roth 92, of Fort Myers passed away on March 23, 2007 at HealthPark Care Center of Fort Myers. Hazel was born on February 15, 1915 to Lawton and Jessie Holloway in Parrish FL. Hazel moved to Fort Myers in 1934. Hazel was a secretary and bookkeeper for the Ward Distributorship Co. In 1950 Hazel and her husband Hilton became the new owners and renamed the company Hilton Cook Distributors. In 1970 Hilton passed and Hazel ran the company herself before selling it in late 1971. Hazel was a true lady who enjoyed gardening, flowers and fruit trees. She could make anything bloom. Hazel was devoted to her family and her grandchildren were here pride and joy. Hazel's grandchildren lovingly called her "Baboo". Her parents, Lawton and Jessie and her husband Hilton, predecease Hazel. Two daughters Linda L. Kauffman and Martha Jean Richey survive her. Hazel leaves four grandchildren John A. Kauffman Jr., Kristina L. Goldhahn, and John W and Martha Marinda Williams. Hazel has two great-grandchildren Hayden W. and Hunter Lee Goldhahn.
