Plumie Hamilton SERVICES HELD
Services were held this afternoon in the Jay Mortuary chapel at 2 oclock for the late Mrs. Plumie Hamilton, 83, who passed away Saturday morning in a local hospital after a lingering illness.
Rev. M. G. Montims officiated and Miss Helen Lanningham rendered vocal selections. Interment was in Arbor Vitae cemetery. Mrs. Hamilton was a native of Iowa having come to Madera county 23 years ago. She lived in Santa Cruz. Surviving her is her husband, Garfield E. Hamilton of Madera; 2 sons, C. G. McDowell of Santa Cruz and R G McDowell of Madera; 2 sisters, Mrs A. L Bondenson and Mrs. T. O. Cavin of Madera: Brother, C. M. Vanderburgh of Madera, and three grand-children.
