Our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend, Richard Lynn Hardy, age 51, passed away November 3, 1999, in Bountiful, Utah.

Rich was born April 3, 1948, in Salt Lake City Utah, the son of Hyrum Boyed and Alice Larsen Hardy. He married Christina VanderMeide on October 5, 1968 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Rich was a loving husband, father and friend. He loved people and life and was always there to help those who needed his help. He was honest, fair, kind and loving and will be greatly missed.He was respected and admired by all who knew him. His passing saddens our hearts and leaves a great void in our lives.

Survivors include his loving wife Christina, of Bountiful; three sons Jeff, Brad (Heather) and Kevin; one granddaughter; one brother and five sisters, Carol Jordan, California; Connie Clark, Provo, Utah; Gail Collins, California; Steven Hardy, Sandy, Utah; Janice Hardy, Sandy, Utah; Sherry Winn, Sandy, Utah. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alice and Boyed.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 6, 1999, at 1 p.m. at the Holbrook Mortuary 3251 South 2300 East, Salt Lake City, UT. Friends may pay their last respects from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. prior to the services. Interment: Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park. Funeral Directors: The Holbrook Mortuary.
