Cecil Ray bays was a musician who played guitar for several well know acts ,he played guitar for the Madox brothers in the 1950,s later he was the lead guitar player for Wynn Stewart and the West coast playboys ,Cecil was one of the first guitar players that could make a n electric guitar sound like a pedal steel and was instrumental in creating the Bakersfield sound . Cecil had also worked for Leo Fender in the early days giving demonstrations on how the Fender guitar could be played .
