Vasquez of Cotati, Jennifer and Victor Ramirez of Fremont, and Joseph R. Falvey of Fresno, step-brothers Ryan and Sean Harrell of Fresno. Cherished grandson to Carol A. Falvey of Fresno. Proud uncle to Kristine Hoover, Tamara Hoover, Liliana Ramirez, and Natalie Ramirez, and Cassandra Ramirez. Also survived by many close family and friends. Born April 5, 1983 in Hayward, CA. Patrick enjoyed life to the fullest, spending time with friends and family in the great outdoors. Pat had a humongous heart and a love for all people. He took on physical challenges with vigor and optimism. He had an infectious smile that won people over. He will be greatly missed. Visitation will be Wednesday, April 4 from 9-11AM with a Chapel Service at 11AM at Fremont Chapel of the Roses 1940 Peralta Blvd., Fremont. Burial will follow at Irvington Memorial Cemetery in Fremont.
