Memorial services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Fullerton Patterson James Funeral Chapel, 123 Second St. S.E. Officiating will be the Rev. Herbert G. Shafer of Grace United Methodist Church.
She was cremated at Memorial Park Crematory. There will be no visitation.
Madonna was born Nov. 11, 1933, the daughter of Cecil and Alice (Fellwock) Stethem in Fonda. On June 7, 1955, Madonna was united in marriage to Richard Remillard in Worthington, Minn.
Donna liked to help others in as many ways as she could. She especially liked to cook large meals to feed to them. She also played cards and was especially good at 31. In the last year she spent as much time as she could with her great-grandbabies.
Donna is survived by her husband, Richard, of Mason City; two daughters, Debra Morrison of Mason City and Mrs. Darwin (Vickie) Johnson of Swaledale; three sisters, Mrs. George (Pat) McLain of Mission, Texas, Mrs. John (Karen) Solis of Hopkins, Minn., and Linda and her special friend, Matt, of Minneapolis, Minn.; three brothers, Mick and his wife, Carol Stethem of Minneapolis, Richard and his wife, Pat Stethem, of Port Tobacco, Md., and Jimmy and his wife, Shirley Stethem, of Marathon; six grandchildren, Travis, Troy and Todd Hambly and Mandi, Joy and Tad Morrison; two great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and her special pet dog, ``Scottie.''
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Billie Stethem.
